2021 Topics of Discussion
Eating at a Meeting Podcast
In 2021, the first full year of the Eating at a Meeting podcast, I had the opportunity to interview 73 people who are in food and beverage as farmers, chefs, bartenders, caterers, advocates, hoteliers, doctors, manufacturers, event planners…and eaters. My conversations with them over the 52 weeks constantly reminded me that food and beverage, especially what is serve at meetings, events and gatherings, is so much more than picking items off a catering menu or buying pre-packaged items on the grocery store aisle. They are valuable tools for social inclusion, cultural expression, and relationship building.
